A few things I have to say, this is a very easy question. Just write it out, and then try to solve it.

What is the value of the expression −3x2y + 4x when x = −4 and y = 2?

do you mean −3*2y + 4x when x = −4 and y = 2?

Just substitute in the numbers but remember there is a * sign between 2 and y, and between 4 and x
