What is the growth factor that corresponds to a product that increases its value first by 13.2%, and then increases by 16.5% of its value, and finally increases by 27% of its value?

Suppose we would have started with 100kg sugar

Then we would compute the following three steps

1) 100 + 100*0.132 = 113.2

2) 113.2 + 113.2*0.165 = 131.878

3) 131.878 + 131.878*0.27 = 167.49

So if we had started with 100 kg sugar, we would end up with 167.49 kg sugar

which is a 67.49% increase.
