I assume this is \(x=10^{x/6}-1\) and you want to solve for x.

 

There is one obvious solution, namely x = 0.  A graph shows there is another solution just beyond x = 4.

 

This solution needs to be found numerically (or graphically).  Rearrange the equation as \(x=6\log(x+1)\) and a simple iteration works:
