If   16^n = 1/64  , find the value of n .

 

\(16^n=\frac1{64} \\~\\ (2^4)^n=\frac1{(2^6)} \\~\\ (2^4)^n=2^{-6} \\~\\ 2^{4\cdot n} = 2^{-6} \\~\\ 4\cdot n=-6 \\~\\ n=\frac{-6}4 \\~\\ n=-1.5\)
