Since the opposte angles of a cyclic quadrilateral sum to 180°, we have that
(3x + 10) + (2x + 20) = 180 simplify the left side
5x + 30 = 180 subtract 30 from each side
5x = 150 divide both sides by 5
x = 30
So.....the first angle = [ 3(30) + 10 ] = [ 90 + 10 ] = 100°
And the second angle = 180 - 100 = 80°
