The equation y = 15x describes the amount of money Sandra earns, where x is the number of hours she works and y is the amount of money she earns.

Just sub Susan's hours from her table into Sandra's equation y=15x.

y=15 x 4 =$60  vs  $32 for Susan

y=15 x 5=$75   vs  $40 for Susan

y=15 x 8=$120 vs  $64 for Susan

y=15 x 10=$150 vs $80 for Susan.

As you can see, Sandra's earnings per hour is $15 compared to Susan's $8 per hour.
