I refer to this thread almost every day.
It would be good if all answerers familiarized themselves with what is in there.
Assuming the distribution is Normal (Gaussian) then the percentage is 15.87%
I used http://www.mathportal.org/calculators/statistics-calculator/normal-distribution-calculator.php to do this.
