Total volume of punch  =  12 * 850  =  10200 cm^3   (1)

Volume of one cup  =  (1/3) * pi * (7/2) * 12 cm^3    (2)

Cups required  =   (1) / (2)   =

10200 / [ (1/3) * pi * (7/2) * 12 ]   =  about   66 cups   [ actually you need 67 ]
