mr. krabs had 10x as many customers as Plankton. if they had a total of 220 customers, how many customers did each of them have?

If Mr. Plankton had C customers, then Mr. Krabs would have: 10C, but,

C + 10C=220

11C=220 divide both sides by 11

C=20, number of customers Mr. Plankton has, and,

20 X 10=200, number of customers Mr. Krabs has.
