Well, 2/3 of the pencil is orange which means 1/3 is a different color. Now 4/5 of the 1/3 is yellow and we know that there is only 1/5 of the 1/3 left. That 1/5 of the pencils is the two green pencil. Now we know that 1/5 of 1/3 or 1/15 = 2 pencil. Therefore there are 30 pencils in total. Sorry for the confusion.
