Let's try these, one at a time:

The first formula:  s = 22w  

Using this equation, replace w with 1, and s = 22. Replace w with 2, and s = 44. Replace w with 3, and s = 66. Replace w with 4, and x = 88. Replace w with 5, and s = 110.

This works! This must be the correct formula.
