We don't need to worry about 18

36 = 2^2 x 3^2

45 = 5 x 3^2

Take each unique factor with the highest power and multiply them together...if two or more of the same unique factors have the same highest power, just take one of these .....this gives us

2^2 x 3^2 x 5  =

4 x 9 x 5  =

36 x 5  =

180    = LCM of 18, 36 and 45
