Factoring trinomials with a common factor:

 

Is this the correct way to solve this, can this be simplified further... and am I totally missing the mark? Does this look right, teacher wants to see work. Please help.

 

1. 3s^2-9s-18= [Factor out 3]

    3(s^2-3s-6)
