f(x)= -2x + 2
g(x)= x^3 + x

g(-3)  = (-3)^3 + (-3)  =  -27 - 3   = -30

So

f(g(-3) )  =  f (-30)  =  -2(-30) + 2  =  60 + 2   =  62

cool cool cool
