I need to show that    \(\lim_{N\to\infty} \frac{(1-\frac{r}{N})^x\frac{r}{N}}{N}\)

 

Becomes    \(re^{-rx}\)

 

Hint That was given:

Remember that    \(\lim_{N\to\infty} (1+\frac{a}{N})^{bN} = e^{ab}\)
