A landlord has 100 units being rented at $750 per unit. He finds that when he increases the price by $25, he loses 4 tenants.

1)I found that the optimal rent is : $687.50

2) I found out the revenue is  $ 111,718.75

so... How many tenants will this leave him with?

This can't be so, bioplant......if we  have $25  price increases/decreases, the  rent should  be  750  plus/minus some multiple  of $25.....we won't have  any "partial" dollar amount for rent
