I just can't do this problem, plz help!

So
10 + 30h = 5h^2 - 25 subtract 10, 30h from both sides
0 = 5h^2 - 30h - 35 divide both sides by 5
h^2 - 6h - 7 = 0 factor
(h - 7) ( h + 1) = 0
Set each factor to 0 and solve for h and we get that h = 7 or h = -1
Only the first answer makes sense.....so h = 7 (hours)
