If we let a = 3x+4, and b = x+16 then there are two possibilities:
1. 2a + b = 180, so 6x + 8 + x + 16 = 180, or 7x + 24 = 180
and
2. a + 2b = 180, so 3x + 4 + 2x + 32 = 180, or 5x + 36 = 180
