need help

 x -2<3x+4<13     subtract 4 from all three terms

x-6 < 3x <  9         subtract x from the t L terms

-6 < 2x       and     3x< 9    divide right by 3   and L by 2

-3 < x      and    x <3                   sooooo   

  -3 < x < 3

We can create two inequalities from this...

x-2<3x

3x+4<13
