Assume that f(3) = 4. Name a point that must be on the graph of y= (5 + f(2x/3))/11$.

IF  2x/3    =   3     we know the value of the function is  '4'     <===== given 

    so     2x/3 = 3 

               x = 9/2 = 4.5 

 

for this value of 'x'   we know that  f(x) = 4     now     add '5' to the function and the value becomes  9    then divide by 11  = 9/11

   so a point on the new graph would be    (4.5, 9/11)
