Eight coins are arranged in a circle heads up. A move consists of flipping over two adjacent coins. How many different sequences of six moves leave the coins alternating heads up and tails up?

Note:

I really need an in-depth step by step explanation on this because I am completely lost. Basically one move would be considered flipping two coins that are next to each other. Apparently I have to assume there are buttons in between each coin, and pressing a button would flip the 2 adjacent coins, counting as one move.

Would greatly appreciate a diagram(s) as well.

Thanks guys
