Arcs of inscibed angles cover twice as many degrees as the angle.

The smaller arc is 64 degrees

the larger LMN is 360 - 64 = 296 degrees

LMN is an inscribed angle in a circle

The measure of its intercepted arc (LN) is twice the measure of the angle = 64°

So....the measure of arc LMN = 360 - 64 = 296°
