1  the 7 /56 part simplifies to   1/8

     the a /a^3   simplifies to   1/a^2

       the b^5/b^2  simplifies to  b^3

and you are left with     b^3/8a^2

2  the two (x-3) terms vcancel each other and you are left with

   (x-2)/(x+3)

3 unclear what ya got there

    can you include the parentheses?

I think that the third problem is:  (9-x2) / (9x + 27)

This, when factored becomes:  [ (3-x)(3+x) ] / [ 9(x+3) ]

Since (3+x) cancels (x+3):           (3-x) / 9
