how you would solve that is
1.find the letter with the same sign that is to the right of the number and (-,+)signs that are to the left 7b 2b and -4 +16 like that :)

2. Like integers If there is not a sign to the left of the nuber like this 7b 2b it is a positive so you would add 7b + 2b is (9b) yey found out the first one now lets move on to the second one :) amost thier :D
so you got -4 +16 if the signs are different you subtract and take the sign of the larger number like this:
