2. Instagram

3. Snapchat

4. Go to sleep

G'night    .....   I think you would feel better if you dropped TikTok   Facebook   Twitter  Instagram  Snapchat accounts (ALL of them)   and  

     GO OUTSIDE for a long walk or run  without your phone (well take your phone for emergency only) ....at LEAST 2 miles a day   ....take your dog if ya have one....

I only fall asleep at 1048 Pm because I have 2 dogs and I have to wake up at 4 a.m. to walk them.
