G'night ..... I think you would feel better if you dropped TikTok Facebook Twitter Instagram Snapchat accounts (ALL of them) and
GO OUTSIDE for a long walk or run without your phone (well take your phone for emergency only) ....at LEAST 2 miles a day ....take your dog if ya have one....
