This does not make sense to me.
Yah.....I went around with it for a while.....
-2 >= 1/3 x
-6 >= x
x<= -6 so 1/3 of -6 IS -2 now -10 only 1/5 of -10 is -2 this is no more than 1/3 of -10
I think that is what this means?
