We could do some "math' here....but  let's use some logic

One number must be positive and one must be negative if their product is a negative

Look at the factors of -15

-15  and 1

-1 and 15

-5  and  3

5 and -3

Notice that the last one produces a sum of 2

Those must be the two numbers we need.....!!!
