Given two irrational numbers that are not equal. Is the quotient always an irrational number when one number is divided by the other?

no it doesn't have to be
example

root12 and root3 are both irrational but

root12/root3 = 2

Melody, Thanks for the reply.I forgot to mention that the numbers from which the irrational numbers are derived have to be co-primes which means that they cannot have a common factor.
12 and 3 have a common factor.
P.S. I am making an attempt to solve the Beal Conjecture and have not been able to yet.
