A prime number is a number that is NOT divisible by any other number evenly, except itself and 1. Example: 11 is prime number, because you cannot divide evenly by any other number. You can divide it only by itself: 11/11=1. Or, you can divide it by 1: 11/1=11.
Remember that 1 is NOT a prime number because it only has one factor, itself. Therefore, it cannot be prime.
0 is not prime either since it has no factors. It also cannot divide itself because it creates a mathematical error.
