A_m+n + A_m-n = 1/2(A_2m+A_2n)  for all non-negative integars. Only whole numbers greater than or equal to 0.

Find A_1995 If A_1=1.  M equal or greater than n.

By the way the "_" is sub. "A sub m+n"

Ok so i tried out few numbers m=1 n=1 etc..

The sequence as follows:

1,4,9,16,25,36....A_1995

Is this formula right:

A_1995=A_1+B(n-1)

A_1+(2n-1)(n-1)

A_1+2n^2-2n-n+1

A_1+2n^2-3n+1

Notice A_1=1

2n^2-3n+2

So I plugged 1995 and got pretty large number. Is it correct?
