Let

x=first number

x+6=second number

 

(x + 6)^2 - x^2  = 132  

x2 + 12x + 36 - x^2- 132 = 0   

12x + 36 = 132 

12x = 96 

 

x = 8    and    x + 6 = 14

 

Therefore, the numbers will be 8 and 14.
