people keep on saying 9+10=21 but it actually equels 19 what does that mean

Unfortunately, a while back, there was a Vine created a boy unfortunate enough not to receive a good education. He said that 9+10=21, and was teased nationwide. He later ran away.

If you ever see these posts in this forum, just ignore them, as the posters are probably just trolls.

P.S. I assure you that 9+10 DOES equal 19.
