Hey there!

Since the Parralelogram is 5 units high, you can use Pythagoras (\(C=\sqrt{A^2+B^2}\) to gather the length of the slanted sides.

Perimiter = Top + Bottom + 2 Slanted Sides = \(4+4+\sqrt{5^2+1^2}\)

Thus your Perimeter is:

\(4+4+5.1\approx13.1 units\)

Hope this helps :)

4 + 4 + 5.1 + 5.1 ≈ 18.2 smiley
