T=2pi*sqr root (l/g)     divide by 2pi

 

T / (2pi)  = sqrt (l/g)     square both sides

 

[ T/(2pi)]^2  = l / g        multiply both sides by g

 

g * [T / (2pi) ] ^2   = l
