9. 4m^3+9m^2-25-m (cubic trinomial)

10. k^5-k^3-(-1/2)+(3/4) (quintic binomial)

11. 14y^2-x^2-3xy (same form) (Quadratic polynomial)

12. Not sure if you can put this into standard form. (linear monomial)

9) When you wrote No. 9 in "standard form", why did you change the signs from + to - or vice versa?

It should be: 4m^3 - 9m^2 - m + 25

10) 3/4k^5  -  1/2k^3 - you cannot separate the coefficients from variables.

11 and 12 are OK.
