Just replace the x with 3

 

\(f(3)=\frac{20}{4+3e^{-0.2*3}}\\ f(3)=\frac{20}{4+3e^{-0.6}}\\\)

 

20/(4+3e^-0.6) approx = 3.5420580109166572
