Convert r=2 / 7sinθ−cosθ to rectangular form.

Enter your answer in slope-intercept form. Enter values so that fractions are simplified.

I assume you meant \(r = \dfrac2{7\sin \theta - \cos \theta}\).

Simplifying, we get \(7r\sin \theta - r\cos \theta = 2\).

We can use \((x, y) = (r\cos \theta, r\sin \theta)\) here. Finish the rest from here.

I'm sorry but how would I get the simplified version into the slope-intercept form?
