+128475 We are using the intersecting chord theorem again....so we have that
8(n + 8) = 16(n + 2) divide both sides by 8
n + 8 = 2(n + 2) simplify
n + 8 = 2n + 4 subtract n, 4 from both sides
4 = n
For the second one.....when a radius meets a tangent at the point of tangency, the angle formed is 90°.....so angle ABD = 90°
