Angle PAD = 39 degrees, and angle BCD = 103 degrees.

BD is not a diameter.

Find angle ADB.

Since angle(BCD) = 103^{o}, arc(BAD) = 2 x 103^{o} = 206^{o}.

Since angle(PAD) is formed by a tangent and a chord, arc(AD) = 2 x 39^{o} = 78^{o}.

Therefore, arc(BA) = 206^{o} - 78^{o} = 128^{o}.

Angle(ADB) = ½ x arc( BA) = ½ x 128^{o} = 64^{o}.
