Well,

You are probably supposed to have memorized the factorization for the difference of 2 cubes.

Look it up on the net if you do not know it.

 

Since you are told to simplify it is reasonable to assume that one of the 2 factors you of the numerator is also a factor of the denominator.

 

Use algebraic division to work out which one it is.

 

etc.
