Nancy filled a measuring cup with water to the 450-mL mark.

She dropped 4 golf b***s into the cup.

The water level rose ti the 650-mL mark.

What is the volume of one golf ball? Explain.

Well...if the water level rose by 200 ml, each of the 4 golf b***s must have contributed to a 50ml rise.......thus, the volume of a single ball must be 50 ml.
