You can't just 'remove' the pi GoldenLeaf !!!

$$C=\pi\times d\\\\
d=C/\pi = 148/\pi = 47.1099m\\\\
r = d/2 = 23.555m\\\\$$

now just use tan(24.6°) etc

Formula for circumference: C = πd

Thus, to find the radius, remove 'π' and divide 'd' by 2.

r = 74 m

Now, use tangent function to find the height.

tan(24.6) = opp/74

74(tan(24.6)) = opp

$${\mathtt{74}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}\underset{\,\,\,\,^{\textcolor[rgb]{0.66,0.66,0.66}{360^\circ}}}{{tan}}{\left({\mathtt{24.6}}^\circ\right)} = {\mathtt{33.879\: \!845\: \!202\: \!742}}$$

The height of the fountain is 33.88 metres.
