Line EF has two points    6,5   and   0, -4    find the slope   m = rise/run    =     (5 - -4)/ (6-0) = 9/6 = 3/2

y = 3/2 x +b    sub in ONE of the points to calc   'b'

5 = 3/2(6)+ b

  b = -4             equation of line in 'slope intersecpt form'   is now      y = 3/2 x -4

re-arrange in to form requested     y - 3/2x +4 = 0    since you need all integers, multiply thru by 2

                                                       2y - 3x +8 = 0       you can take it from here......
