+592 \(860 \cdot \frac{100 + 7}{100} = 920.2\) (but you have to round it since you can't have fractional cents)
Now add the 10% tip:
\(920 \cdot \frac{100 + 10}{10} = 1012\)
Which means she spent $10.12 altogether :)
