\(\frac{4}{3}\pi r^3=91952\\ r^3=91952*\frac{3}{4\pi }\\ r=(91952*\frac{3}{4\pi })^{1/3} \)

(91952*(3/(4*pi)))^(1/3) = 27.99996725794595

\(r\approx 28\)

7:28

So the scale factor between the figures is 1:4

--------------------------------

OR

if the radius of the little one is 7 then the volume of it is  4/3*pi*7^3 = 1436.75

so the scale facor will be

\(\sqrt[3]{1436}:\sqrt[3]{91952}\\ 11.282 : 45.1357\\ 1:4 \;\;approximately\)

The answer is correct to at least 2 decimal places, probably many more than that.
