I don't think that is enough information to solve this question...

To determine the volume of a cylinder I bieleve the formula is Height*PI*R2 After determining the volume of the wheel before the slice was removed you shall need to get the volume of the slice to subtract. If the slice is measured as a percentage of the round then you can get the volume by multipling the volume of the whole with the decimal value of the percentage e.g. 85% = 85/100 = 0.85. If the chunk removed is a measured by a cube or via some other shape you shall need different formulas to solve for its volume. Does this help you?
