EACH of the a, b, c, d could generate 3676 combos
So possible tallies would be 3676*4 = 14704 (Maybe?)
no....that is going to be too low.....I didn't see the part about being able to abstain.....whic would be like a 5th vote....back to the drawing board....it might be 14704 * 50 But I really do not know....
