Use law of cosines

  c2 = a2 + b2 − 2ab cos(C)

 

C = Arccos ((a² + b² - c²) / 2ab)

 

smallest angle (C) will be across from side 11  

 

C = arcos( (19^2+ 13^2 - 11^2)/2(13)(19) 0  = 34.11 = ~~34 degreesdegrees
