This is the answer

(x) = a(x - 2)2(x + 5), a ≠ 0

Use the given point (0,-10) to find a.

-10 = a(0 - 2)2(0 + 5) = a(4)(5) = 20a

a = -10/20 = -1/2

P(x) = (-1/2)(x - 2)2(x + 5)
