0 / 0 shows an "error" because this is an undetermined quantity
Remember that if b is not equal to 0 and b divides a, then a / b = c
So...for instance
6/2 = 3 and note that 3 * 2 = 6
But
0/ 0 could equal anything because anything * the denominator = 0
